Executive Biographies

Gregory Saukulak
Managing Director

For the past seven years, Greg has successfully served as the Managing Director of Research, overseeing the development of The Execu|Search Group’s website and online marketing initiatives, as well as the management of our large internal resume database and candidate sourcing efforts.  In addition, he serves as the leader of our Junior Military Officer recruitment division.

As a distinguished graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and a former Naval Officer, Greg has had first-hand experience with the military-to-civilian workforce transition, successfully applying his prior communications, computer, and electronics training in the manufacturing and recruitment industries over the course of his career.  His diverse background has influenced his approach to effectively managing projects and staying on top of fast-changing needs and trends in the marketplace: “Clear communication is key to the success of any endeavor.  I work hard to make sure all parties are on the same page regarding goals and expectations to ensure that the most positive end result is achieved.”

A member of the Executive Search Roundtable, as well as the Reserve Officers Association of America and Navy League, Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. His free time outside of work is spent with his wife and dogs.  He enjoys fishing, boating, and photography.
